TELUS Health is at the forefront of virtual healthcare across Canada. 
The MyCare app gives Canadians access to counselling, doctor care and dietitian services from home, proving especially helpful during the pandemic.
We wanted to focus on real Canadians and their stories, as told by them.
The approach was completely human-centric - personal health journeys defined casting, sample scripts, interview questions, even set design and wardrobe.
We dug deep to capture the uniqueness of each person, from the concerns of a first-time mother to the male stigma around mental health, as told by a firefighter.
