Star World TV network had the rights to syndicate marquee shows like Game of Thrones, Agent Carter, Quantico and Unreal. We were tasked with launching each of them.
Let's focus on Unreal here because I love that show.
Unreal called their Bachelor-esque show Everlasting. I remembered discussing the glam magazines of the west-coast with my wife once, which is exactly where the show is based.
So, to keep the flavour of the show and introduce it to Indian audiences, I thought of doing a social media campaign with the primary characters as magazine covers inspired by People and Esquire etc. These covers simply gave the audience subtle hints about the characters and encouraged them to watch the show.​​​​​​​
